I keep leaving the same review... but the product is excellent and the service is unmatched!  I do have one small disappointment.  I ordered two batteries this time, and one only worked for a short while before it went haywire and quit altogether.  I waited a day and plugged it in again, but the light at the end of the battery wouldn't go out and sputtered... I guess I'll stick with the Mistic batteries.

Lately they don’t taste like menthol. More like lotion or perfume. A lot of cartridges are stale or something, tasting like pretzels or stale crackers. Batteries get very tight really quick and need replaced. No way to clean the air holes from lint or dust

Just as Magic Mist says...cartridges are surely compatible with Mistic, I recommend you try if you haven't already. Mild taste, relaxing.
