I called 1-2 days after receiving the order. I was concerned because the 6mg bottle had no safety seal wrap and the bottom ring was missing from the cap. The 12mg blue cap bottle was extremely difficult to open. The person who answered my call did a good job to explain the problem with the caps. Since I have more and more difficulty with my hands the ability to be able to open the bottles is very important to me. I originally got my husband started with your products & he likes the EZ-FIT Vaporizers best. I like it because with him being disabled and spending most of his time in bed I feel it is safer the ones that you have to click alot or hold down. I've been meaning to check to see if your e-liquid is Diacetyl free. If it is, it might be good to put it on there. If not, it might be good to take it out. I ordered some from another company & because I'm trying to find better prices-due to how much my husband goes through a day.
