I sent an email requesting a new battery and was told I'd receive a replacement and have not received it yet? Have not been notified on when this will be resolved. It's frustrating because the battery I originally received didn't work at all so the cartridges cannot be used. Would like an update

I switched from Blu to Bristol and have been completely satisfied with the Bristol batteries. Long lasting.i only have to replace due to loosing them or accidentally putting them through a wash cycle.
