Shipping and Returns Policy

Due to recent regulations and the new PACT law, Free Ground shipping is now available for orders over $120.00. Please note that Free Shipping option is only available for mainland US. Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders do not have a Free Shipping option at this time.

The Magic Mist offers a variety of shipping options including Expedited (1-2 business days) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Free Ground (5-7 days), First Class (3-4 days), or Priority Mail (2-3 days) shipping. Shipping by USPS is only available until April 26th, after which we will use private shipping company to ship all our packages.

All Shipping options require Adult Signature on delivery and proof of ID at the point of delivery.

Orders placed on the website will be confirmed/approved and shipped within 1-2 business days. Order and shipping status can be tracked on 'My Account' section for customers who have registered by setting up a new account.

In addition, most of the orders will have an additional Excise tax based on the state/county laws.

Deliveries to PO Box addresses are not available any more as all packages require Adult Signature on delivery and proof of ID at the point of delivery.

Returns are accepted with 100% refund of the value of the product if returned within 30 days of purchase of the product. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note that certain items (clearomizers, Kanger Protanks, Kanger Aerotanks, Inookin itaste, EVOD clearomizers) cannot returned or exchanged after they have been used.

Certain items are not eligible for return/exchange: e.g. batteries with dirty threads or batteries with eliquid inside. If you have been instructed by the customer service to return the items for exchange, please download the form here and mail it back with the items to be returned/exchanged.

Normally, exchanges/refunds are processed within 1-2 business day of the receipt of the package. However, if there are multiple items to be exchanged, it might take up to 5 business days for an exchange to process as we have to check/test all the items.
