The Magic Mist cartridges
If dissatisfied with our cartridges for any reason, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org providing details of the issue. We may request you to send us back the unused cartridges. Please contact the customer service for return address and instructions.
The Magic Mist Starter kits
If dissatisfied with the starter kit, you must ship the kit back in original package with all items, including unused cartridges. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits will not be refunded. We do not pay the cost of shipping starter kits back to us unless products were shipped to you by mistake. Buyer must use a traceable carrier for shipping. Refunds will be made only after an inspection of the product to confirm its condition. Please contact the Magic Mist customer service if you have any further questions.
The Magic Mist Batteries and Accessories
If dissatisfied with our batteries and/or accessories you bought from the Magic Mist website, you can return those items within 30 days of purchase. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded unless the products never worked and it was determined by us that they were defective to start with. In that situation, the products would be replaced under 'Lifetime Warranty' policy.
