Free Ground shipping is available for orders over $40.00. Please note that Free Shipping option is only available for mainland US. Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders do not have a Free Shipping option at this time. The Magic Mist offers a variety of shipping options including FEDEX (Next Day or Next 2 days) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Free Ground (5-7 days), First Class (3-4 days), or Priority Mail (2-3 days) shipping. These deliver times are business days and not calendar days. USPS does not consider Saturday as a business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, unless there is a holiday during a week. Holidays are defined as USPS holidays or the days on which USPS does not operate. PLEASE NOTE: Although, we ship the packages within 1-2 business days, USPS may take longer than usual to deliver packages. USPS offers expected delivery date on their website but it is possible that they may not be able to deliver the package within that time frame. Once we have shipped the package, we are not responsible for any packages that get lost/stolen/missing in transit. Although, free shipping seems attractive, for larger orders, we recommend USPS Priority Shipping or Expedited shipping to ensure delivery. Although we do provide Tracking number for all US shipments, we are not responsible for any packages that get lost/stolen/missing in transit. We ship - 6-days per week (Monday-Saturday), excluding major US holidays using USPS, and - 5-days per week (Monday-Friday), excluding major US holidays using FEDEX. Orders placed on the website will be confirmed/approved and shipped within 1-2 business days. Order and shipping status can be tracked on 'My Account' section for customers who have registered by setting up a new account. Please note 'Next Day' shipping is not available for Saturday delivery. Also, deadline for 'Next Day' delivery is 3:00 p.m. Central Standard time. So 'Next Day' orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. Shipping quotes are estimated at checkout, based upon the total weight of your order and the shipping option you select. FEDEX does not deliver to PO Box addresses. |
