I have ordered here for the past year and a half for my ecig needs. The product is great, but more importantly, the customer service is of a quality that is hard to find these days. More than once I have forgotten to include an apartment number or something similar in the mailing address, and once I email customer service they send a new order within a couple of hours. Once I even had one pack of refill cartridges that appeared to be full of duds. I emailed them and they very quickly mailed out 2 refill packs to replace the one I had an issue with. Fantastic product, even better customer service.
